Dear Sir,
thank you for your use of the Event at CIG list. As much as I 
see relevance of your announcement for our audience,
I cannot let your post through because of its form. You 
are sending only 2 attachments without any comment.
According to our, anyway quite benevolent, moderation 
policy (http://cig.in.tu-clausthal.de/event/), we hesitate
to distribute e-mails like yours even when they certainly 
are of interest for our audience.

I suggest, you either convert each of them to plain text 
form and post them separately, or take the
attachments, put them somewhere to a publicly available 
website and write a short introduction together
with a URL where interested readers can find more 
information.
