Dear colleagues,

 

We at the AI centre of Universidade Nova de Lisboa (UNL) are in the fold of
a consortium between European and Russian universities, funded by the EU
through its Erasmus Mundus External Cooperation Window program (EMECW).

 

The consortium’s page is at

information can be found.

 

The program aims at cooperation, via scholarships now open, for graduate,
doctoral, postdoctoral, and staff exchange, both ways between the EU and
Russia.

 

I would much appreciate your help in making this information known to
potentially interested parties, who may contact me for further information.
