for your announcement. However, the form you posted it in 
is not compliant with
our moderation policy

posting is basically in the attachment with only a short

body. I do believe your posting is relevant for our 
audience, therefore I
would like to suggest that you either re-post the 
announcement in a plain
text, or put it somewhere to a public web space and 
re-post a short
