final call for Doctoral Consortium and Scholarships for IJCAI-11

Graduate students are invited to apply for admission to the
doctoral consortium at IJCAI, July 16-22, 2011, Barcelona. 

== Deadline for applications: February 8, 2011 
== Notification of acceptance: mid March 2011 

As part of the application students have to submit a two-page
extended abstract on their thesis research which will be reviewed
for possible publication in the IJCAI proceedings.  Details at

Students from the US are also invited to apply for a travel
scholarship and for an extended (6-8 weeks) paid research visit
