We are pleased to inform you that the submission deadline of the International Conference VipIMAGE 2017 - VI ECCOMAS THEMATIC CONFERENCE ON COMPUTATIONAL VISION AND MEDICAL IMAGE PROCESSING (www.fe.up.pt/vipimage) to be held in October 18-20, 2017, in Axis Vermar Conference & Beach Hotel, Porto, Portugal, has been postponed to April 21 (FINAL deadline).

Journal Publication: A dedicated special issue of the Taylor & Francis international journal "Computer Methods in Biomechanics and Biomedical Engineering: Imaging & Visualization" indexed in Scopus, DBLP and Thomson Reuters Emerging Sources Index will be published with extended versions of the best works presented in the conference.
Springer Book: A book with invited works from the ones presented in the conference will be organized for publishing by Springer.
