[Event at CIG] Two positions in ASP available at U Potsdam

We, the Knowledge Representation and Reasoning group at the University
of Potsdam,
are looking for two doctoral or post-doctoral researchers to join our team.

The positions are available immediately for 3 years, and renewable for
another 3 years;
they involve no teaching (unless desired) and thus focus on research.

We are looking for expertise and/or interest in Answer Set Programming
(ASP),
in particular, in combination with our recent research in temporal ASP
and its application
to warehouse logistics.
Successful applicants are expected to bring a high motivation and
team-mindedness,
and should ideally be able to deal with logic- and/or
implementation-oriented issues.
The research will be conducted in a project funded by the German Science
Foundation (DFG)
and in close collaboration with the groups of Pedro Cabalar, U Corunna,
Spain, and
Tran Can Son, U New Mexico, USA.

Payment follows the German E13 tariff, whose levels reflect work experience.
