10th International Conference on Logic, Rationality and Interaction (LORI-10): FIRST CALL FOR PAPERS

The 10th International Conference on Logic, Rationality and Interaction (LORI-10) will be held at Xi’an Jiaotong University in Xi’an, China, during October 16-19, 2025. For a more detailed information, read further and go to golori.org/lori2025/.


The International LORI conference series aims at bringing together researchers working on a wide variety of logic-related topics that concern the understanding of rationality and interaction. The series also aims at fostering a view of Logic as an interdisciplinary endeavour, and supports the creation of an East-Asian community of interdisciplinary researchers. SUBMISSIONS.  We invite submissions of contributed papers to LORI-10 in the broad scope of interdisciplinary themes of the LORI series, spreading over logic, philosophy, AI, computer science, and game theory. Specific topics of interest include, but are not limited to: 



--  agency and multi-agent systems

--  argumentation and agreements

--  belief representation and reasoning
--  belief revision and belief merging
--  causality
--  cooperation
--  decision making and planning

--  dynamics of informational attitudes

--  intentions, plans, and goals
--  knowledge representation

--  knowledge and action
--  learning

--  natural language and speech acts

--  norms and normative systems
--  preference and utility
--  probability and uncertainty
--  rationality

--  social choice
--  social interaction

--  strategic reasoning and game theory



We invite two types of submissions:

1. Regular papers with original, unpublished, and not currently submitted elsewhere contributions, at most 12 pages long, with one additional page for references, in PDF format following the standard Springer LNCS style, downloadable e.g. from here: https://latextemplates.github.io/stys-for-overleaf/llncs.cls.

2. Short papers (extended abstracts), reporting on ongoing or recently published work, at most 4 pages long, in PDF format following the standard Springer LNCS style. 


All submissions should be made electronically, via EasyChair,
on https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=lori10.


IMPORTANT DATES: 


For regular papers:
Abstract submission deadline:                                March 10, 2025
Paper submission deadline:                                    March 17, 2025
Notification:                                                             May 30, 2025
Camera-ready versions of accepted papers:          July 31, 2025


For short papers:
Submission deadline:                                June 9, 2025
Notification:                                               June 23, 2025


The accepted regular papers will be published in the LORI-10 conference proceedings volume in the FoLLI Series on Logic, Language and Information, and authors may be later invited to submit extended versions of their papers to a special issue of a reputable journal.
