[Event at CIG] Fully Funded PhD Position: Stratification of Clinical Disease Trajectories and Prediction of Individual Rate of Progression in Parkinson's Disease

The Petanux in collaboration with the University of Luxembourg and Fraunhofer SCAI, is offering a full time PhD position focused on stratifying clinical disease trajectories and predicting individual rates of progression in Parkinson's Disease (PD). This research aims to develop innovative and explainable AI/ML models by analyzing data from cohorts such as PPMI, LuxPARK, and ICEBERG. The project will explore both linear and non-linear mixed modeling approaches, including neural networks with mixed effects, to better capture the long-term behavior of disease progression. 

The PhD position is fully funded under the AIS project of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) program, in collaboration with renowned Universities and SMEs across Europe.
